                                                📘 School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA)

The School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) serves as Monterey Heights STEAM Academy’s roadmap for continuous school improvement. Each year, our School Site Council (SSC), in collaboration with staff, families, and other educational partners, reviews student achievement data, identifies areas of need, and establishes goals and strategies designed to support the success of every student.

The SPSA outlines our schoolwide priorities, planned actions, and the resources allocated to strengthen teaching and learning, address student needs, and improve academic and social-emotional outcomes. Throughout the year, we monitor our progress and use data to determine what is working, where adjustments may be needed, and how we can continue creating meaningful opportunities for all students to thrive.
